I was never bothered by Boudica's first artwork, or any of them really. I was just not that invested.
But, I do actually like that... I guess you'd call it Boudica Alter? Because it basically takes the first look and and shifts it just enough to be interesting, and lets be honest, there's probably more fabric on her chest now than the original artwork anyhow. I think its cool and I'm actually kinda sad she was apparently so short lived in the manga.

No one is going to argue that all of the new Servants have great designs (Boudica in particular is a popular target of derision) but I think it would be a stretch to say that the majority are bad. Sure you have Boudica and Raikou, but then you also have Moriarty and Scathach, and Merlin, and Marie Antoinette, and Mash, and many others who have really good designs.
