It isn't bad presentation if you can't infer the obvious
I'm kind of meh towards both, but since removing the game will put some holes in the overall MGS plot, while removing the movie won't really make much of a difference since it came out after all the others, and doesn't add that much to the story, I'll vote for removing the movie. Though I like the movie more than the game if I'm honest. But then I don't really play the MGS games, since the gameplay isn't my thing, I just like the story and sometimes the music.
