The Greatest Heroes

This is purely opinion based, What legendary heroes do think that if they were made servants that by through myth, fame or history would game-breaking in a Holy Grail ,like for example take Gilgamesh the literal definition of broken as a Servant. He would be the most obvious example but others would include those in the reference. So what heroes do you think fit the bill(And by heroes I'm talking those that haven't been made as a Servant by Type Moon yet.)

• David (should as he the father of Solomon and is a very ledgendary figure but other than the Ark he's just a powerful Archer)
• Romulus (he is a very strong but his personality is very cringy)
• Joan of Arc (Can be Op but only through killing herself)
• Nikola Tesla and Edison (shouldn't be but both of their Noble Phantasms are so broken)
• Jason (A weird one that as a hero not only is he the central figure of the greatest legend where multiple heroes gathered before the Trojan War but also possess the backing of most of the greek gods, but he's trash...)

Lists like this never works. Gil can win vs any standard servant or can job so hard that he lose against any of them, that's his character. Dunno why you group normal servants with Grands and youkai Tamamo either since you are limiting most of them by making them servants in the first place.

And Shinji is the true hero.

But then again, Majin Saber is a Servant from a gag manga specifically designed to be the highest degree of meta against her franchise, so I guess there is no legit answer to this.

That may have been true for a lot of the franchise's history, but not any more. Strange Fake introduces Servants (Enkidu and True Archer) who are easily a match for Gilgamesh, with the former having an attack that fully equals and counters Enuma Elish and the latter able to tank a full-powered Gate Of Babylon salvo unscathed.

Solomon, based on the level of power he shows in Grand Order, would also be able to stomp Gil at his current level (unless he gets summoned as 'Grand Archer' or what have you).

Power creep is a frightening thing, to be sure.

Okay i probally phrased it wrongly, im not looking for someone to beat Gilgamesh, just for people who you guys think that if were made Servants would be absolutely as broken as him. Like for example take Menes or Arjunas brothers, if they were put in a Grail War they would likely be as broken thanks to their legend and history.

And for the list i just put Servants who would dominate the Holy Grail War regardless of class or type. Also i can take off any you think don't fit. I was only trying to give people some inspiration by just listing all the op servants there are currently as a reference. I'm not going to compile a list of everyone people say, i'm only curious for your opinions. I was always a history buff, thats why i loved the Fate Series so much because it essentially animizes these famous figures into cool badasses. I just want know who would be on a Saitama level of badass that wasn't Gilgamesh.

Oh, so you mean original heroes not in Type-Moon that could match Gilgamesh as Servants? I'd wondered if that's what you meant, but others were talking as if you meant preexisting Servants so I got confused.

Heroes of comparative fame, age and legendary achievement to Gilgamesh... I'd say Adam (first human with dominion over all the beasts of the world) and Hou Yi (god of archery who later become a mortal and shot down nine suns plaguing the land) could potentially qualify as, if not equals to Gil, at least able to give him a run for his money.

Those two I even wrote up sheets for myself in the old Create-A-Servant and Adam in particular was designed as a Rider-based counterpart to Gil. My take on Hou Yi was rather less powerful but I could easily see him being quite the beast depending on how you wanted to go with the 'shooting down suns' idea.
