For a non-Fate complaint the way Tsukihime repeated plot points along routes really bothered me. Especially given how relativel mystery focused Tsukihime is. It doesn't help that in the far side routes the repeating plot point is Shiki being unable to leave his bed.
Also I felt like it didn't spend enough time establishing and letting the characters breathe before putting them in danger. It was really hard to care about anything that was happening to Akiha in the near side when in the one like time I had interacted with her prior she had been incredibly cold and hostile.
Oh and Nvrnsqr Chaos having an ultimate form is an incredibly disapointing cop out (Which is incredibly similar situation to God Hand come to think of it).

Queen of Sheba has a neat thing going on with her magic lamp and illusion abilities, and I like the "maybe she was real maybe she wasn't" thing they're doing as well as being half-Jinn...but then you have her airhead personality (or at least that's what her voice and animations give the impression of) and goofy-ass animations and what I liked about her comes crashing down.
