In the same vein as the "things that annoy you in fanfic" thread but for TM as well as on-site or off-site interpretations of source material.

To start, I very much so dislike the instinct skill. Because it's vague on both who gets it and what it actually actually does.
Even if bravery is more vague on how you get it, at least it's pretty clear on what it does for you.
I see a lot of servant sheets with instinct slapped on there as well, and I feel that's super lazy. Tbh though these are the sheets that have 10 personal skills because they tried cramming everything they could so it's not really like removing them could makes them any better. But you kinda always see instinct there along with super kick or some random skill.
Either way, instinct = bad skill.
