Theoretically, yes, but the article as it stands is claiming that you physically cannot consume enough marijuana to achieve a fatal THC overdose.

Here's a different way of doing it, though: Eat so many marijuana brownies that your stomach ruptures. Not quite unlikely enough for this thread, but certainly uncommon.

Funny side note: I've been at conventions where someone made Jenga bricks out of "2 x 4"s. So.... yeah.
