I assume its probably just the servant thing, but a while back I speculated that saber could eat like she does because she was a teenager. you know how teens are, they can eat you completely out of house and home, consume 8k calories an hour and then look anorexic, and saber is basically stuck in that spot permanently.
I'm likely just too old and senile, but I definitely remember fat teenagers at school.

Anyway, I don't know why she's so worried about her weight. Skinny Sakura wouldn't be particularly hot, because she'd lose the breasts and shapely ass, whereas even if she genuinely did put on some weight and become a little podgy, it would probably just end up enhancing her figure anyway.
