The thing is it doesn't really matter if she's straight or bisexual, because regardless, fans will ship her with whoever they want. Even if Nasu stepped down and confirmed that she is 100% heterosexual, that wouldn't stop anyone who already ships her with Saber, Ayako, Makidera, etc from shipping her with them, because clearly she's been written in a way where fans can see her as also being attracted to girls, and no amount of backtracking or denying it can undo that interpretation. Her sexuality honestly doesn't matter because unless it's stated specifically in canon anyone will interpret it any way they feel fits. And even if it is (like with Mashu being stated to only develop romantic feelings toward the MC if they're a male), it obviously won't stop anyone from shipping their ships.
