I didn't know where or what category this falls under. Could be TRANSLATION HELP or RECENT LOOT, but yeah... Didn't really seem to fit in either after reading their respective first posts. Alas, why I start a new thread.
So basically, I ordered a protective skin for a PSP from Amiami (couldn't find it anywhere else, let alone cheaper than Ami themselves). The order went fine. The item was (initially) fine.
As a tech-geek, I've got quite some experience sticking on SCREEN protectors on say, mobiles.
But then, screen protectors use static electricity to get the protective sheet to 'stick' to the screen.
This item however seems to use some transparent blu-tak sort of substance. All I can confirm is it DEFINITELY does NOT implement the concept of static electricity. Though in saying that, the skin removes CLEANLY when required (small amonts of gunk, but that's usually built-up dust from the looks of things).
Keeping things short, I messed up the application a few times. And needless to say, the skin has somewhat lost its adhesive-ness after the previous few failures.
I am NOT the best at Japanese (despite what I do); the instructions (and the caution notices for the skin) as a result are falling upon my deaf ears (or eyes, whatever). I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to help me understand / translate WHAT the skin is capable of, in regards to reusability? So that is, is it WASHABLE? How would one remove dust off the adhesive side etc etc?

Granted, this only cost me 425yen (RRP 600yen). But that's approx NZ$8, which is approx US$6. Kind of a waste to just throw it away, hence why I went to my last resort and asking in the forums here...
