Any particular reason? I like nigiri the most because you actually get a big cut of fish so you can taste the flavor/quality, but still have rice to balance out the texture. (And to dip in a little soy if the chef gave you a bad cut)

TBH amusing steak sauce with chicken is pretty common
Steak sauce on chicken I understand but on rice it sounds odd
I can actually see it. I have never tried it myself, but I mean hell, you put sky on fried rice right? Soy isn't that much different from steak sauce.
Are you thinking of a steak sauce that isn't as sweet or something?
