Japanese VAs are, on the whole, a musical lot.
Seems like the material that comes with the Blue ray box has some intersting information, like how Fujimaru was hired and Takeuchi still having a mountain stockpile of Artoria.

He was disappointed that he got assigned to Japan, where it was said "there is pretty much zero percent someone matching will be found". He was assigned because his hobby is visiting temples in Kyoto.
He wasn't hoping for results when he was working near a train station in Tokyo, but he came across Fujimaru, who was a 100% match, stuck around with him all the way to home, and scouted him.
He got a bonus from finding Fujimaru and bought a new car.
Leyshit matching test was disgused as a blood donation service. Definitely not a negotiation of trying to sell replicated art.
Imagining Fujimaru randomly deciding to donate blood and getting hounded to join a secret org as a result is too funny.

Thanks for the verification canaki. I must say Chaldea's face as Security Organization might also helped in convincing Fujimaru to join since it is official under UN and not really a secret society.
