Are you a heavy sleeper or a light one?

i dont fall asleep easily sometimes but i always wake up super early no matter when i go to bed

like i could go to bed at 3 and id still wake up at 7

I fall asleep easily and don't wake up for anything unless I want it to wake me up. So, noisy cats, room shaking thunderstorms, natural disasters = good luck, phone alarm = eyes pop open at the first hint of a sound

This, but add to the wake me up part:

• If the cat starts mauling my feet
• Dogs start barking in my room because they want to be let up or down
• Family starts doing stuff (I blame this on having to be up by 4 AM when I was swimming as a kid)

I routinely sleep through nimious distractions such as daylight, noise or liver blows.

I remember when I was younger and had a sleepover I would wake up before the other kids. Such an awkward moment.

Now however I continue sleeping even when people get in and out of my bed.

I snore and move around a lot in my sleep so while I may be fine, the other person certainly isn't.

It's hard to wake me up once I'm asleep, but it takes me forever to actually fall asleep and I wake up after a few hours. It's a pain to get a full night of sleep because of this.

See this is the reason I don't really like staying over at other's houses. I always wake up around 4-6 in the morning while everyone else gets up around 11-2 and then take another hour to wake up.

The few times I've done sleepovers, I usually woke up early because someone else was up. We would quietly "try" to talk but end up waking everyone else up after awhile.

I think i'm somewhat heavy. I need constant annoyance to truly wake up. Like if my neighbours start doing reforms in their house i need like two hours of it until it will finally wake me up, but i'm a bad sleeper.

I snore like a mothefucker, talk in my sleep and according to my friends even sing.(Hakuna Matata)

Generally when i go to "sleepovers" i will stay awake up until like 5-6 am and take a bus home to sleep in my bed unless i'm very tired or it's supposed to be like a two-day sleepover.
