My sleeping is such a mess that I had to start taking really strong pills to get some proper sleep. And now I am physically addicted to them.

I think heavy? I don't go to sleep that easily but I sleep fairly solidly.

I struggle harder than a pokemon out of PP to actually fall asleep but once I'm out I'm out.
I fall asleep easily and don't wake up for anything unless I want it to wake me up. So, noisy cats, room shaking thunderstorms, natural disasters = good luck, phone alarm = eyes pop open at the first hint of a sound
This, but add to the wake me up part:
- If the cat starts mauling my feet
- Dogs start barking in my room because they want to be let up or down
- Family starts doing stuff (I blame this on having to be up by 4 AM when I was swimming as a kid)
If I need to be awake for something important in the morning, I sleep forever.
If I have a day off, I wake up at 6am.

I like to sleep a lot.
I can fall asleep easily, except if there's a lot of continuous noise (like a TV on), and it doesn't even have to be that loud.
I tend to wake up a lot and then fall back asleep. And when it's time to get up, I have to physically force myself out of bed (usually by hooking one heel over the edge of the mattress and dragging my whole body off of it) and even then I want to go back, and would fall asleep again easily if I let myself.
So is that light or heavy?
O walls, you have held up so much tedious graffiti that I am amazed you have not already collapsed in ruin.
I have difficulty actually falling asleep but once I'm out I sleep fairly heavy. I once slept through a hurricane.
I'm like, the heaviest heavyweight of marathon sleeping.
I can sleep through storms but if someone even tiptoes past my door then I immediately wake up.

Pretty heavy myself. I can sleep through thunderstorms, films, cars backfiring, fireworks and obnoxiously loud snoring. Waking up is the issue.

What is sleep? Is it a delicious meal? Does it taste good? Does it have whipped cream and a cherry on top?
Or is it a sexy elf/youkai thing? Umnumnum.
Though seriously, I'm a light sleeper. Once woken up, I can't go back to sleep and my temptation to stab someone/something rises.... Usually it is a car.
I also have difficulty falling asleep & often have insomnia. So my frustration level usually is high when woken up.
