Unpopular food opinions: Yours.
Apples are the worst most vile food ever known to mankind.
I prefer milk chocolate to dark. (I do have the added incentive that dark chocolate makes me sneeze.)
I dislike tea and coffee altogether.
O walls, you have held up so much tedious graffiti that I am amazed you have not already collapsed in ruin.
I like crabcakes but don't am incredibly put off by the notion of just a whole crab on my plate so I've never had it or lobster.
as a personal note I prefer dark, but most people that prefer dark to milk are really just trying to avoid getting another garish mix of milk and vegetable oil because these days milk chocolate makers are using almost exclusively vegetable oil, not cocoa butter, to reduce costs.
As I understand it, under U.S. law, confectionery that uses vegetable shortening still can't be labeled simply "chocolate," even milk chocolate. They are "chocolate-flavored," "almond bark," "candy coating," etc. Of course makers have been lobbying to change that, but at present time, even Hershey's milk chocolate doesn't have added vegetable shortening.
Milkfat is a legal ingredient though.

When I'm cooking for only myself I intentionally burn my onions a bit. I like the taste of burnt.
