Funny, something similar happened to me when I was about that age. Fell down a flight of like three steps in my living room because I was an idiot who decided that trying to hop up them on one foot was a great idea (spoiler: it wasn't). Left a serious gash across my face and I had to be hospitalized, but thankfully left not much in the way of long-term damage. Face above my eye was swollen for about a week though, which certainly wasn't fun. Ah, the trials and tribulations of youth!

^Ditto. Except I was a toddler & it involved a bed & a dresser. How my face isn't all messed up, I do not know.

In middle school, this high school freshman used to harass my friend & I while we walked home. So one day, I had enough so I kicked him in the balls & ran away.

One time, when I was like eight, my mom and I were coming home from something one night. We had just moved into a new house. I was taking too long to get through the door so she pushed me and I hit my leg on a cardboard box and had to go to the hospital because it cut my leg pretty bad.

I still have the scar. It doesn't really look like something you'd get from being cut by a cardboard box, it's pretty big. Still the dumbest way I've gotten injured.

Once all my friends went down to the river to check out the record-breaking flooding we had at the time and they called me to see if I wanted to come and I said nah, seems like kind of a schlep and stayed home alone instead. Long story short, they all got arrested. That's my story.

Once, my mom told me not to run, but I ran fell down and hurt both my hands and knees. They were bloody and hurt a lot.

Can we also talk about other people's childhood stories? Decades ago, my uncle once slept outside because of an earthquake because he was too scared of the house falling down. Meanwhile my mom, really sleepy, opened her eyes, looked at the ceiling, thought "meh it isn't going to fall" and went back to sleep.

Speaking of my mom, her coworker once ate dog shit thinking it was chocolate as a small child.

My tricycle's hinges broke down -more like, it flew off, tbh- when I was cycling around. I was blown away a meter or so and saw that my beloved tricycle was now a puzzle pieces when I recovered.

I've gone to see a cousin I haven't seen in ages, early teens, our parents are at this mountainside restaurant, and we're screwing around outside in the almost-empty parking lot, which is paved with loose rocks. Think gravel, only not so small. We're tossing these rocks at each other- they're a little bigger than your average marble, so not much chance of serious injury. So I've gotten onto a winning streak, and he disappears into the dark while I'm looking for some interesting ones to toss. I look around for him, finally find him, and what has he picked up? A rock about the size of an adult's two closed fists, one of those rocks you put around a flower bed if you wanna pretend you have some sort of aesthetic sense.

He hefts that thing into the sky, and because it's basically midnight, the damn thing is invisible. I leg it in what seems like the opposite direction to the way he's tossed it, and yell something about him being a madman, and he does this mad scientist's laugh. So I'm moving, looking up, and it's been a few seconds, and I think "Wow, it's been up there for a while. Has it already come down somewhere?" And, of course, naturally, it hits me right in the damn face.

I've recalled one more story. It also happened at grandparents' village. There were two enormous walnut trees in the yard, and by the end of the summer nuts were falling all over the place. One of the reasons I liked walnuts was brain-like shape of the kernel. Walnuts that fell weren't yet ripe, and their kernels were soft, and sometimes even slimy, resembling brains even more.
So I had a brilliant idea. On one hand, I had tons of these miniature "brains", on the other there was my poor soul Barbie doll, cursed by manufacturers for brainlessness. I decided that I should stick a walnut kernel into her head, granting my first and favorite doll ability to understand things. The plan had ended in failure: hole in her head was too small for kernel parts to come through without chopping them into small pieces, which kind of defeated the purpose. In addition to mental deficit left untreated, because of me being clumsy Barbie had acquired a neck trauma. It wasn't enough to completely break her, but since then her head set noticeably lower than intended, and was prone to fall off during the most dramatic moments.

Not really. Only mad scientist-like thing I recall doing is developing water grenade launcher, and that thing never went beyond project on paper. It wouldn't have worked as intended anyway.
