I just wish it would come over. Probably won't since reviews seem to suggest that it's really for Type Moon fans but I can hope. Just so long as those damn reactors don't cause even more problems...

I could see it coming over, honestly. I mean; look at Unlimited Codes. It at least got a PSP-PSN Network release. Someone with authority just has to really notice it. There are far worse and more unknown games that creep their way onto western shores every day.

But what do we know about Extra 2?

I think I've said this before, but there's a BIG difference between localizing a fighter game with maybe 100-200 lines of text at most, with an RPG that has something like a hundred times that at minimum.

Well, it's not like companies haven't been completely interested in localizing Fate/EXTRA. Both NISA and Ignition were interested in bringing it over. It's been awhile since there was any big splash about this game with either company. However, NISA recently made a deal with Imageepooch to localize several of their games. Fate/EXTRA is an Imageepooch game, isn't it?

Either way, it's been about a year since the thread was made, and about half a year since NISA staff have posted in it, but feel free to show your support for getting this localized if you already haven't.

Uhh... The PSP is about as dead in the US market as the DS is. Which is to say, not. It may or not be having problems in terms of sales at the moment, but labeling it 'dead' is quite laughable.

Lol yeah as a handheld it's doing incredibly well. And since the DS and PSP each offer completley different methods of enjoyment and play-style, it's easy for the same person to have just as much fun with both.

I can see where you guys are coming from with the amount of text, but you can't say there aren't crappy games with more text that slither their ways into our stores. I think that eventually it at least has to have a good chance of coming over, but regardless we could probably learn to read JP before then. :B

Since i havent seen them on the sites where I usually get my imported things from, Im guessing its just a pre-release type of deal? Where are the orders from?

I believe they're Hobby Japan exclusive, and the orders are closed now.
