    Video Software Recommendations

    Hello all. I am currently looking for a decent free or Open Source video editing software for a project. Namely, I’m looking into creating an “Opening” for a fanfic I am working on, similar to this. If anyone has any recommendations please let me know.

    ShotCut is a bit clunky but is FOSS and has most usual NLE features. I know a number of others exist but I haven't used them. Some commercial NLEs have free versions e.g. DaVinci Resolve, Lightworks, which may be worth considering.
