I think I feel asleep for the first half of that movie and then skipped the rest. All I remember is Shiki playing with a dog and not-Akiha goes 'ahh, mou!!' or something.

I pick Fujino because I think it's perfectly understandable that one would do what she did and come to the conclusion she did in response to what happened to her but that it is nonetheless in some sense troubling and arguably wrong/horrific.

I do want a book about Mana and her nanny
On the forum Beast's Lair in the year 2016, I don't make sensible choices.
I don't really understand how Fujino wouldn't be sensible. Isn't it at least stated canon that her power level is the strongest telekinesis in the Nasuverse? And I think her motivation is more concrete and understandable. Araya's... makes sense kinda but seems muddled in a way that is even commented on as he's dying.
