So question.
How does GO stand as a complete work.
Not individual chapters, but the complete work from Fuyuki to Solomon
9/10 not enough animation
The OSTs were great. I'm buying that album.
Salmon>Babylon>Camelot>Okeanus>Orleans=America>Lon don=Fuyuki>Rome
Solomon just blazes ahead with all the emotional stuff and great ost. Oh and everyone you ever met gathering together is both cheesy and awesome.

Babylon is definitely the best because it feels like everyone has a strong role and doesn't make it feel like their potential are wasted
Also the music, the feels, the twists are all great
If i have to rank: Babylon > Camelot > Solomon > Okeanos > America > Orleans > London > Septem
Babylon > Solomon > London > Murrica = Camelot = Okeanos > Fuyuki > Orleans > Rome i think

For just season one...then mediocre.
Fuyuki through America was mostly uninteresting. As the polls clearly show, there's a massive divide in quality between Camelot and the preceding arcs. While I'd say the latter 3 arcs were some of the best writing Nasu's had in years, you really can't excuse over half of it being...you know.

Nah it's because comparing Higashide/Sakurai's writing to Nasu's writing is a no brainer
By A game i mean nasu being more involved, so yeah.

I dont think people give enough credit to the team pre-america. Okeanos is a funny pirate adventure story and i imagine it would be fairly interesting to see in upcoming anime. I also dont see why people rate london so low. This is the chapter where lore revelations and story implications start to kick in for real, and along with detective-style story and setting of victorian London itself are great.
The only problems i can see are somewhat extended introduction because Orleans seems like another introduction chapter after Fuyuki. And, well, Rome. I think its fair for us to expect some adjustments though so i guess we will have to wait and (hope) see.
So as a first season of anime i think FGO is actually pretty great. As long as its given sufficient screentime.

For me London is only memorable because of Tesla and Solomon
Okeanos was good, Orlean and Rome were forgettable
