    Oh, so the recap ep was literally just old footage with Jeanne and Sieg narrating over it, and ending with 2nd cour PV. Would've really liked if it was something like einzbern consultation room, but oh well

    Generally the point of a recap episode when there isn't a season break is to buy an extra week to work on stuff. Wouldn't really make sense to put new animation in at that point.

    I don't know about you guys, but me and my gf absolutely loved the latest episode. They really highlighted how much Vlad hated the name of Dracula sullying his history and felt his pain when being ordered around by Darnic. Speaking of Darnic, his VA was so chuuni that it was awesome... reminds me of watching over-the-top villains in Yu-gi-oh. The fact that he treated Vlad as a mere familiar really added the insult to injury for Vlad.

    We're 12 episodes in and I still don't know what's the direction and the end game of the story... excited to watch the next episode already

    I'm actually liking this so far despite the fart sfx being a major letdown. Even so, it could've been better if they went a bit more NP loredump, but I'm still on the side of their audience those who has read the LN so I'm letting it slide. Watching this with the perspectives of "A-1 is shit"also helps me to enjoy this.

    Also hurray for no I'm dumb at math please help me Sieg-kun.
