I was 2 kg heavier a couple of weeks ago.

Guess the lack of eating and proper sleep took their pound of flesh.

Lost like 9kg in the past year. I've been stressed out/depressed/worried since summer... I got half the weight off before summer & then couldn't get it further down until I stopped feeling like eating... I'm still not hungry; which is really bad because I'm fighting off a cough/cold. And I like food; just don't feel like eating all the time. -.-;
