As someone who's been making their own version of a fate board game for the past 6 years (and tried to translate my own rulebook into Japanese), let me have a look at the basic rules

1. Decide turn order in the Movement Phase.
2. When players run into each other, the Encounter Phase begins.
3. Players can talk with each other, form alliances, become enemies, or do nothing to each other.
4. In the case of becoming enemies, you can enter the Battle Phase.
5. A losing player retires from the session.
6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 until only one player remains, the winner.

Also, it looks like Toshiaki's HGW TRPG is a modified version of an earlier one.

The earlier one is also Toshiaki's, as far as I can tell. Either way, the current version seems to be the most successful, since it's got a dice bot on CCFolia.

I am in HGW RP though the system is play-by-post and it's more of a grid system. I could ask my GM for permission to post the rules that he came up for it

Overall, it looks like this TRPG encourages you to write your own original Servant, building their Skills NP and whatnot with a pool of 'Hero Points' so that your Servant is balanced and not just overpowered

Are there any specific parts do you need translated? I can take a closer look at those, since you do have DeepL doing some of the work already
