    Theres only an equipment gacha, although it's not very important. Characters can be bought directly like in LoL.

    It's an action game. Albeit the only 'action' you get to do is use character skills, really.

    As far as i know we do have kobolds as enemies, although I have not yet heard of a kobold hero.

    Overall my evaluation is its a game you can play casually as long as you're not all hung up on the PvP point competition part of the game, or gunning at finishing the challenge portion of the game in a month (it resets every month if i hear right)
    No luck-based character gacha also means you can make a team of only the chars you like, although yes, you need to pay to buy them (or hoard rubies) but thats the usual in mobage.

    I'd be honest, the style designs really look bog-standard. Bog-standard as in 'korean MMORPG' bog-standard. I guess too much of Lineage II and sorts have made me numb for the designs.
