I drink at least 12 bottles of water a day which is more than practically anybody I know. I barely drink anything else and it's never flavored with anything

I wake up to drink water and go to sleep drinking water. On average, I drink about 12 bottles of water per day? Its oddly addictive.

I drink 1-1.5 liters a day. Water only.

When I was trying to quit soda, I was drinking lots of water (tea & flavored waters mostly)....
But I've fallen back to drinking the poison because its convenient. I need to start drinking more tea/water again.

Water-drinking was a habit I picked up when I was on the track team in high school and it's stayed with me ever since.
