I tried to post the video, but I just got a blue question mark. So I'll just post the link.
Spoiler:
Tangentially related but today I obtained the omnibus for the Samurai Jack: Tales of the Wandering Warrior comic book. People were apparently mad at the fact that the final chapter didn't "end" the story per se, but it apparently leads into Season 5 so I'm very hyped to read it while I wait...

Welp, it's happening tomorrow night. I'm rather excited.

Ditto. I should make sure it is set up to record.

Can't watch it myself.
Gonna have to wait for the physical release. Please keep all spoilers in tags.

Cool stuff. Jack has PTSD and survivor's guilt, the Daughters of Aku is some hardcore, questionable shit, and they've already jumped right into the darker themes straight from the get-go. All in all, an experience, and a good start to the new season.
I'm most intrigued about the antlered horseman. Hope he gets outted as a proper character, and not just the Hound to Jack's Guts.

this is
good
The first episode was awesome as expected and I sooooo happy when the ending theme started playing. I'm probably going to watch the previous seasons all over again.
Spoiler:
That 'Ecstasy of Gold' theme.....
Daughters of Aku don't fuck around
Tons of atmosphere, some obvious but good symbolism and parallels with the lone white wolf and Jack, and to top it all off Aku is still a goddamn Looney Tune when he wants to be.
Stellar episode.

Like, GT said in an interview, “I think [Jack] has to reflect on choices and fate and destiny and sometimes maybe you’re forced to do things you don’t want to do,” Tartakovsky explained to EW. “But then it’s not just your choice, it’s the choice of that other person too, where a machine has no choice, right? Because they’re just programmed. But perhaps a human does and that theme not only affects Jack, but affects something else [in the coming episodes], also." But not onlySpoiler:
