Everyone has a 3* female robin. I don't think that's a huge factor, it's not like narcian is invalidating any blue lancers
Tiki's pretty good, tanky and hurts a lot. Vanilla weapon and pretty unimpressive skills though, maybe she'll benefit a lot from skil inheritance

There aren't that many common blue lancers in Arena to begin with. Ephraim and Abel maybe, of which only Ephraim was a bonus unit. Catria is there but she gets shut down by Takumi anyways so she's irrelevant.

On the other hand, next arena season will likely feature the blue tome siblings and frobin as bonus units so we'll likely be seeing quite a few people pulling their robin up to 4* for that Gronnwolf (plus Ursula grand hero battle)

Shit like this make me appreciate DW no-nonsense approach regarding rooted phone/modded apk even more. How can you be so dumb to make all these importants stuffs like hero stats, arena potential score formula client-side ?

I'd be pissed if they banned rooted phones. It's the main reason I haven't paid in any money because I don't want to dump 60 bucks and then get banned for using a rooted phone.

The much less anti-root method would be to do sanity checks on the server end. The game only connects to the server at the start and end of each battle right now anyways. Log what happens during the battle and send it up to the server. If anything smells funky, revert their state.

There's 15hours left in arena, and 1 day left in the arena missions. I get to do the first round of the next season to complete the missions, right? Don't want to risk missing out on 1k feathers

I didn't want to risk it and just used some sword things personally. Well worth it for the 1k feathers.

Did 15 summons, only notable unit was 5* Abel, now I have no orbs and none of the new units so I'm screwed on the next arena season and I still have no 5* green or grey. Ahahahaha... haha... ;___;

You only need 3-star for Gronnwolf. Her only 4-star skills are Ignis and higher ranked versions of the passives.

I hope that's the case, I'd be okay with getting her to 4* to use her in the arena since I'd be able of getting about that many feathers from a single season if that's how it works.

Oof, decided to check my characters IVs to see if anyone was worth feathering to 5-star. I figured out why I have such a problem in the arena (beyond just not having a lot of units to choose from). Lyn is probably at her best or second best, with +Atk/-HP. Nowi is a strong contender to become a 5-star with +Speed/-HP, which makes it so Takumi can't double her without a speed boost or +Speed IV, and Hector gets doubled without similar. Beyond that though...

Abel is +Res/-Def. No wonder he can't take a hit worth a damn. Probably third worst IV after -Atk and -Speed.
Young Tiki is +Res/-Atk. Basically making her worthless outside of killing green units, which other than Hector Lyn can do as well.
Selena (who I'd like to someday take to 5-star, when feathers aren't so rare) and Lissa seem to not have a +/- at all.
Arthur is +Atk/-Def, which isn't too bad. Unfortunately, Arthur himself IS bad.

So... yeah. Lyn and Nowi are the only units I have worth any level of investment, not counting the "static" units like Shareena.

Yeah, I thought my Odin must be -ATK because he can't damage anything that isn't lower level than he is, but no mine has neutral ATK. Odin just sucks.

And all I can think about with the next event is, "Begun, the Waifu Wars has." But in reality, the finals are in Round 1. It's basically guaranteed that either Lucina or Shareena will win.

Considering Lucina's placement in the poll, Sharena might just be outnumbered by sheer quantity.

It really comes down to how points are generated. If it's like Arena, I assume Lucina has it in the bag. If it's not based on your level or anything and solely based on win/loss with/without rep unit, Shareena will probably win.

Actually, looking at the way the battles will work, Shareena might be the ultimate winner.

Your team will be automatically created using the allies listed below. The leader is the ally placed in the leftmost slot of the first team.

Someone else from the same army.

If it's automatically created, odds are that means you cannot choose the friend or random support unit. Thus, if you don't ACTUALLY have the unit (like Lucina), you may not get her on your team. And then it says that you only get the boosted vote for having the unit as YOUR leader anyway.

But since I'm very much f2p (ie: I've barely summoned at all, even with free orbs), the points probably don't matter for me. It'd be more important to just choose the winning team, since odds are that I won't even be able to place within the army or globally anyway (since I can't even break 50k in the arena). Though this likely only matters for Round 1, since it's very much likely that Shareena or Lucina will win every other match they're in.

Alternatively, if the Army Ranks rewards are really good, Elise may be a good option solely because she'll likely have the least amount of supporters.
