ate a bunch of crests and barely managed 4.1k points, no thanks to cant-really-do-much-in-arena-lyn and causes-100%-more-robins-to-spawn takumi
I have to raise her to 4* first to know her nature. And man, Eirika got -Res, too. Every 5* I pulled has -Res, it's beyond funny.
My modus operandi with Lyn is killing Tiki if that helps. Let Tiki attacks Lyn, Lyn doubles her. Player phase: Lyn doubles and kill off Tiki->Galefoce->do something else.

She got +HP...haha. Well it's not -Atk or -Spd at least.
My strategy is to bait the enemies coming in to approach me first, avoid being ganged up as much as possible unless you're sure said unit can survive the hits and the attackers can be killed during the same or next turn, chip off with Robin when needed.
Not really good on the mountain map which splits your team to opposite direction, admittedly.

It's a...pokemon thing or something. Basically, the unit you got could have 1 boon (+) and bane (-) stats or just neutral all across. Like so 41(bane)/44(neutral)/47(boon).

You can check it out there, tho they only have lv 1 and lv 40 stats. There might be inconsistency since their lv 40 stats pre-include all the skills that can be learned (weapon, stat boost, etc), or stat difference for lv 1 5* due to their equipped weapon while upgrading 4* to 5* (since they don't have their 5* weapon unlocked immediately).

Honestly just tired of arena, the random maps/positioning is so goddamn annoying. It's especially apparent when you have a heavy, and they get placed in a completely shitty location that basically guarantees you're not going to perfect it. They seriously need to allow you to position beforehand.
That and painfully slow leveling is making this more a chore than anything fun tbh
The funnest part of the game is leveling from 1 to 20.
Still grinding my ass leveling up Nino, Gunter, Eirika, etc.
Soon, Hard and Lunatic..soon.
Oh yeah, better do the paralogue first since they'll disappear once the focus ends.

Leveling a team to 35 takes 2 or 3 days and is kinda fun, but those last 5 levels are such a slog... Still, right now is the best time for leveling at the tower, what with the 1.5 exp bonus, so I'm making the effort to get a variety of 4* characters to 35 for utility like Gordin, Wrys, Donnel, Palla, Bartre, etc.
I haven't even spend my ap or bp the last few days

Nobody likes getting a 5* only to find out they're -spd since that means they'll perform poorly at the arena*, but it can't be helped. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hopefully Nintendo will allow for a way to turn units into their neutral stats, it's not too much to ask, I think.
*There are exceptions like Effie and Hector but that's accurate for the most part
