A thought passes my head. Lancers dreams, my dreams, shared consciousness for just a moment. It is not uncommon for the Master and Servant to share dreams but it was in bits and pieces, I had to piece together the reality over the course of the last week almost.
There was disruption there and during the summoning, I was interrupted meaning Lancer isn’t at full strength.
“Lancer, how would you judge your combat strength?”
A simple question, but Lancer seemed to pride herself on combat prowess so a potentially dubious subject.
“Over the past five days, I haven’t fought anything aside from that pseudo-familiar on the day of my summoning so expenditure hasn’t been notable in any degree, however our base connection is weak due to the summoning being interfered which may have reduced my overall power. The degree of which I do not know until I combat another Servant.”
“Well Lancer,”
An infinitely more dubious proposition.
“…is there any way…”
Who knows how this would go.
“It could be strengthened?”
Risa shuffles from the other side of the table over to ours so that the three of us are next together, moving with purpose as to interrupt Lancer’s reply before it even starts.
“Well, there are a few methods that we could do. There is sleeping all day in order to make sure that there is a steady high level stream to the servant and would allow you to you to recover from last night’s encounter with Reiner as well…”
“… There’s a potential spell we could do regarding Spiritual Evocation Incantation to give her a secondary supply, my own for example. This would guarantee continual high levels of mana for Lancer…”
This was very much a sudden proposition; there was no way that someone could spring up with so many ideas at the ready unless they were plotted in advance. Risa had thought of this already.
“Alternatively there’s the ancient mana transfer ritual where mana is transferred with bodily fluids… You would… need…”
She’s stopping in her tracks, eyes looking down just enough to avoid our gazes. Earlier when Lancer and I were getting close there seemed to be jealousy if I wasn’t mistaken but now-
A blush
Is this embarrassment?
“You would need to have sex.”
And the elephant in the room has been mentioned.
And there is a voice in my head. Quiet, timid almost. A voice I am growing more accustom to hearing in a way that is not emotionless or a declaration of combat.
‘I will do whatever you deem necessary.’
A turn and a nod of her head.
She gives her consent.
And with that, Risa takes my shoulder with her hand in an iron hold that in my current state I cannot fight off.
“Nomikata, a moment please?”
Sweet words, an innocent smile, and death grip that shatters the feeble illusion she is attempting to portray. It is a demand, an order, by no means a request.
Overpowered, I find myself being escorted to the other end of the room, that being the entrance to the apartment.
“What are you playing at!?” I ask in the politest tone possible given my current situation, the risk of my arm apparently being amputated at the shoulder
“It’s just…”
The eyes moving to avoid the gaze, the sudden flush of colour and heat.
“… my magical circuits are stronger and more plentiful than yours. I might have an idea as to what you’re thinking… all guys think that. It’s just… just…”
The grip goes stronger, my arm threatening to snap off at an instant! All I can to at her mercy is scream silently while Risa finds the strength to finish her proposition.
“You’re my friend and after last night…”
Here it comes!
“Maybe we don’t do anything drastic, or let me take care of Lancer while you take it easy? You’ve been hurt.”
The grip vanishes in an instant and the flow of blood returns to my arm. There’s a lot to think of here. Does Risa not want to change things, does she want to go further in her own way? Or perhaps… she’s never had any proper time alone with Lancer before and she has some things she needs to get off her chest?
“I’ll let you decide, I-”
It seems this alone was too much for the poor woman and needs me to make the final push, to scared to take the initiative here. A lot hangs in the balance here
Plan for the afternoon:
[ ] Sleep and supply Lancer with magical energy (Warning: Will take entire afternoon, Risa will be free to perform whatever activities she desires)
[ ] Perform Spiritual Evocation to attempt to grant Lancer an additional mana supply (Warning: Will take entire afternoon, Risa will be free to perform whatever activities she desires)
[ ] Have Risa perform Spiritual Evocation to grant Lancer an additional mana supply (You have the choice to oversee the spell)
[ ] Perform a Mana Transfer ritual to fulfil Lancer’s mana capacity (Warning: Will take entire afternoon and tire you further, Risa will be free to perform whatever activities she desires)
[ ] Have Risa perform a Mana Transfer ritual to fulfil Lancer’s mana capacity (You will be free for the afternoon)
[ ] Propose that the all three of you engage in a Mana Transfer ritual to fulfil Lancer’s mana capacity (Warning: Will take entire afternoon and tire you further, the others reactions to this cannot be predicted right now)
