    Only law-enforcers and certain figures of insterest have permission to unseal their Miracles outside areas designated for the sport, as there is no Ai Space, meaning there is nothing preventing you from just accidentally wrecking your surroundings beyond repair, or heaven forbid, hurting someone. It is possible to use your Miracle in a discrete manner, but otherwise, expect to be caught pretty soon.
