Currently (like, actually) finishing Apocrypha 3
I wish uro was capable of writing something different
Zero somewhat ruined what Fate route kinda established about Saber imo so I guess that's one of the reason for Tobi and Seika's dislike of it

I just think it's dull for the most part and doesn't have the high points on the level of fsn to compensate. Also the way Urobuchi writes his themes irritates mefor some reason. I still consider it the best non-nasu tm i've read.
I liked Fate Zero for Waver and Rider, but I think if they weren't in it, I probably wouldn't have cared much about the story at all...
Linger: Complete. August, 1995. I met him. A branch off Part 3. Mikiya keeps his promise to meet Azaka, and meets again with that mysterious girl he once found in the rain.
Shinkai: Set in the Edo period. DHO-centric. As mysterious figures gather in the city, a young woman unearths the dark secrets of the Asakami family.
The Dollkeeper: A Fate side-story. The memoirs of the last tuner of the Einzberns. A record of the end of a family.
Overcount 2030: Extra x Notes. A girl with no memories is found by a nameless soldier, and wakes up to a world of war.
'Hatred' is too strong - I just used that because of the thread title.
I've elaborated on this variously before, but notable factors in my dislike are that I think Urobuchi's ability to write emotions in a believable, human, and compelling way is non-existent; and that I find his style in itself at contrast with the manner of the Nasuverse. (An example that springs to mind is his unabashed and pornographically-detailed obsession with the workings of guns).

Zero is ok
i mean i would never reread or rewatch it but it was ok
It's been a while since I've read Zero, tbh, so I don't think I could immediately cite a passage, but the various ways that Sola and Iri and Maiya felt 'love' spring to mind - I recall it always being described very distantly and without anything that made it feel real, despite how key to their characters it was. For that matter, Kotomine is another standout, now I think about it: to me, Nasu did far more in one scene of HF to make his situation feel resonant and poignant than Urobuchi managed with four volumes, while he's actually in the midst of trying to resolve his crisis.
