I thought the dialogue was nice. Kind of campy, but in a good '80's anime kind of way.

Also my opinion isn't tactically relevant but I ended up picking Outrage cuz Rama, Hector and Cu in one picture. (And Billy I guess). Team underappreciated right there.

Bountiful Sea in Okeanos is the best one I think. The CCC event shop will have some, but that's next month.

Instinct comes last, but is it better for him to level his 1 first or his niche 3?

Well since I still have 330 quartz since I got what I wanted in one roll, I guess I'll try a bit for Vlad when he's up on Arthur's banner, and then Gil in the CCC banner. There's no one I'm really dying for until next year.

Rolled 2 tickets today (got Order of Fianna, that's something), gonna roll 2 tomorrow for Waver and 2 for Cu Alter in a couple days. And if happen to get Arthur instead, happy coincidence, right?

charisma is great for juicing up phantasms. most people are used to alter or liz's garbage charisma so they dont quite realize what a high ranked one can do when timed right

And this is why Mordred is the best AoE farming Saber until sometime around LB3, with Lily generally being second-best if you lack NP2s of the other AoE SR/SSR Sabers.

12%->18% isn't that big an increase, but yeah, free damage is never bad to have.
