I'm fairly certain the "translator note" is part of the joke, a play on sub groups doing this *keikaku means plan. This is a gag event after all.

It's probably a setup for a "keikaku means plan" joke (Though to be perfectly honest, that joke has been run to the ground by now), but personally I have to say I prefer getting the romanised Japanese term even if they need to attach a footnote at the end (though granted, it doesn't really work in textbox medium where it's not really a "foot"note). Same for Nobu's tea implements from Honnouji event and the ranks for this event's battles (Ashigaru, Kumigashira, etc).

can’t believe we actually got Light & Darkness in a meme event but HF3 will most likely have a choir chanting mumbojumbo as kajiura shreds over 9000 violins simultaneously.

The best one is the Westernization one in the Epilogue that gives about 5k base for both factions, so honestly not too much more. Hence why everyone is saying to get all of the copies of Castle/Fortress in the sky and have as many of them on your team as possible so you can jump points even at this early stage. Have to say that even without Gacha CEs on my teams now, I'm still getting a fair amount of passive currency. :|

There are male SSR's that draw the quartz, it's just that Merlin and Hassan are never in events, just milestone campaigns or story banners.

I think too many people took some people's guides like Ashura's too much to heart. I will agree with one of his points though in saying that the Gacha CEs really aren't that necessary. They definitely aren't the best, but the best free quests you can do atm are dropping an alright amount of currency. I personally used about 6 apples yesterday, but that's all I needed to get the CEs out of the shop. Not planning to use anymore except maybe to farm more Embers once I can get Chacha, but might not even need to throw her onto a team to do the good farming quests. :|

I'm at 123k in Nobu's list right now. If you need 600k in both to max out Chacha, I guess at my current rate I can make it, but that's still quite a grind.

There's going to be about a free 300k in points for winning the Opposing Forces battles as well (though they'll be split depending on who wins each one) so that can help alleviate some of the stress. Point grinding gets a lot better once you've got all of the Fortress CEs, and with the Westernization one giving approximately 5k for both sides, that'll be about 10k at base each time before the multiplier. Because of that, I'm going to try and hit some breakpoints on Oda ladder, than swap to Shinsen ladder to try and keep them balanced, otherwise I'll hit a point where that Westernization FQ becomes suboptimal because one ladder will have gotten to 1mil but the other hasn't.

I think trying to get to about 300k is a good goal for where I want to get for this week, considering the additional free points that will come. That way I'll have 4 Wolves CEs, at least some of the mats for Chacha, and can keep working toward the rest while getting any shop currency I need to get some stuff after the ones I get passively from this first week. :|
