Yeah but considering how shit the other AoE Assassins are, her being good is all the more valuable. NP charge, Buster resistance down and NP damage up is a great set of buffs for farming.
Other have pointed out but they are more similar than that.

Although two out of three of her ascensions have twintails, which are bloody horrible and ruin her design.

One lore isn't the end of the world, especially if you've gotta spend hours and hours getting to it.

I have 13 left because I 10/10/10 a lot of servants, or 10 a single skill for a particular servant.
I have... 13 10/10/10 characters and 56 level-10 skills in total I think.
And only 5 unused Lores.
I have like more than 30. Never bothered to 10/10/10 anyone unless it's OP caster or my favourite servant or 50% NP charge
Damn, I just get to floor 30 and the loading always make me sleepy... I can't get it to 100. The loading just to activate a srvant NP and done, it takes too long

and to throw in, I also have some 30ish unused lores right now, though I definitely plan to use around six of them just for my current roster eventually.
Missing out on Gold Fous will bother me more since I want to get Ishtar at #fullpower already, but meh, not the first time.
Oh yeah, gotta rush for that last summoning ticket too.
Was watching the second episode off Hanako-kun, then some descendent of Minamoto showed up and i was like "time to summon Raikou" and after 4 tickets i got her.
I don't have grails to 100 her, but she got all the gold fous that were siting on the second archive.
1 more day for Semiramis.
