Take this advice, wait for a rate-up for Alter-Cu (whenever that may be) The story pool is too big to even hope to try at this point lmao especially when Musashi is still two more story Gachas away.

i mean thats the whole point all those human soldiers got their assess kicked by the united empire

its a case by case basis but its not always inferior, you got peeps that are superior as Servants because worship and fame and what not

What they did and what weapons they had do not change, but their basic abilities change depending on how famous they are in this time.
Heroic spirits are like gods, so they grow stronger the more people worship them.

Its a case by case because there are exceptions to the rules, as usual. More importantly, Servants are but a fractions of true Heroic Spirit. Servant's power is limited by their spiritual body, master capacity, mana reserve, etc

Living person who becomes a Heroic spirit, in general, will hand your ass over to you regardless of how dope you might be. These are people who kill dragons, save maidens, rule and destroy kingdoms and such.
Sure there are peeps who are weak in life but get super dope NPs as HS buts those are minority not majority.

yaeh and living Achilles will still be stronger than your average servant even if he doesnt have some shit he has as HS. Or Herk. Or whoever from classic mythology.
