Scathach is insanely good for 2 reasons: NP with guaranteed stun on it and her 3rd skill which is antidivine and pushes your damage through the roof in many, many situations. Her 1st skill is chance-based but it doesnt fucking matter in the slightest because you use it situationally for whenever you want a dodge or a boost to your damage.

People here shit on her because they took too many red pills by now and forgot how much Scathach used to matter in previous meta. She would still be relevant till this day if not for the fact that her NP is a quick card and doesnt allow you to make a buster chain for maximum hero creation value.

The real problem is that you need a bunch of 2030s if you want maximum value out of her. If you can get consistent stream of stars and learn the correct order of her chains for np generation she doenst have an np gain problem. You probably also want at least support Waver constantly but you want that all the time anyway so that doesnt matter. But since in JP her gacha and 2030 came together its hardly a problem for people here if they hoard enough. I mean its up to luck still but so is getting her in the 1st place.

She also has good synergy with Okita and especially with Jack who will be goto boss-murderers for a long time (Jack for forever since her main value is NP which is why she never really lost her relevance in JP version).

What kind of meta? Kill the enemy with buster crit chain?

He just had a rate up during the Fubuki summon banner, don't know when that's going to be available again though.
