It does but keep in mind the other benefits of the NP and the fact that she is a low attack servant, relatively speaking. The dispel buffs aspect of it can prove invaluable at points. Also, her deck and skill support NP spamming so it's an attack you can build up multiple times in a fight so that is not to be overlooked.

No, I just mean her low-ish attack makes an already not overly devastating even less potent.
Low Attack can be compensated to some extent via Four bonuses and leveling CEs. However, it's pretty sad when it takes a 100 BG for Medea NP5 post-interlude to deal about the same amount of damage as most any other R's NP5 with something as basic as LB Leylines or the like.Originally Posted by Pendant

Medea basically has an AoE-level multiplier for her NP, despite being single-target. The interlude basically brings it up to upgraded AoE NP multiplier, which is still well short of a conventional ST NP.

On an unrelated note, one thing that is nice about NA is that you can bond your servants right from the outset. I remember they were stuck at bond level 5 for forever on JP.

But yeah, since his upgrade. I think he's basically the highest tier Servant in the game, by a massive margin, up until Merlin comes out.
