Fran and Mordred are but you CANT get Alter and Alter Lancer in the Mordred and Fran rate up gacha

Just so you're aware, he means that LancerAltruroriuria and Tesla don't actually unlock in the game for a while. You didn't get the because they aren't available, not because bad luck.

She's a story lock, meaning you can get her in that story gacha that's just to the left of the FP gacha. Unless she's on a rate-up you can never get her in the normal highlight banner no matter what.

Since people clearly aren't reading what I post let me repeat myself. I AM AWARE THAT YOU NEED TO BEAT LONDON. I HAVE ALREADY BEATEN LONDON, I DID THIS LITERALLY DAYS AGO.

I changed over to the story gatcha to avoid Jekyll and attempt to obtain the Alters as well as (though reduced) a chance to obtain Arturia normal.

Did they change the banner from the JPN one, then? Because I could have swore new singularity banners were story banners, but this is definitely labeled Limited Time.
