The official definition of whale or dolphin is how much you spend cash for the game. As we are F2P, technically we are not, we are more like a "pseudo dolphin". It's just like how Mary "Rey" Sue is not a Mary Sue just because not everyone has fallen in love with her.....

I ended up selling my account. I felt I was playing too casually to really make keeping the account worth it and overall I think it was the right call. Although I am sure there will be times when I will regret no longer having an account since there would be things that I am very much interested in playing but I feel like stringing things along just for that wasn't right so now the account has a new owner who will hopefully treat the account better than I did.

Yeah he was just in the back to boost ahoge collection (why he's only level 40), but everyone else ended up dying. He would have the next turn too. Gilles earned getting max ascended from that.

After a RL friend of mine actually started showing the game to me, I reluctantly DL'd the game yesterday. Almost through the first singularity by riding random Guests partner's coattails, but it's been fun reading the story and going through the basic motions. Can tell the EXP and mat grind is going to be REAL tho. Cool to come it at the 200 day event tho, shame I'll most likely miss most of Saber Wars.

Also didn't reroll, kind of wish I had Herc but a Tamamo Cat has been ok for the welfare 4*

Tamamo is a good starting 4* being a berserker with aoe NP. She'll help with farming early on.

I'd recommend rerolling, tbh. If you think she's just okay, rather than good to have, reroll for somebody you think you'll actually like, even if it takes days. The game is entirely gambling-based, after all, and you could be stuck with nothing but a character you now dislike for months, if not years, depending on whether lady luck decides to shit all over your account or not.

I'll see who hasn't logged in or played in a while and see if I can drop somebody from my list for you. Also, you can put it under your avatar, rather than in your sig, there's a place for it in your settings.

It's not that I hate Tamamo Cat, but yeah seeing what was available when I went to take a look Herc screams being the best you can start with. Started with decent luck for the start I think with the FP rolls as I got 2 Kojirou, Proto Cu, Julius and Uwa. I'm saving all the Quartz I've been getting for next month with the Valentine's event since Ryougi is apparently coming. Don't have enough Quartz right now to even think about rolling sensibly to try and get Alter or Nero from the current gatcha. F2P all the way, especially after looking at the price of Quartz. I could drop $80 per month if I wanted to on this game, but I can also keep that for other stuff irl down the road. Free Quartz will be fine in the foreseeable future, and than I can watch it all vanish with nothing gained when I finally spend it. :P

Yeah, there's a tier list and all, but I recommend you actually start out with a hero you like/can stand, rather than one that's strong. Or try your luck, and prepare for insanity as you roll over and over for the chance to get two golds you actually like in your first roll.

You'll get all of the FP summons eventually, the ones you'll never get most of are the golds, and IIRC Ryougi gets a free version some time soon.

Well, last night, I was about to go to sleep when I went to check my log in bonus. I also got the 200 day award thing and got 2 summon tickets. So I decided to roll both of them before I go to sleep. First Ticket was a Mikon CE and the 2nd Ticket was, I skipped the animation because I wanted to go to sleep and then



BAM! It's not Jack but at least it's the super super secret rare MHX! I think ever since NY, my luck got a tiny bit better.

Well I don't know how good my luck will stay in the long run, but first roll after snagging enough Quartz together got me MHX so, yay I guess. @_@
