They're all good, yes. Not 5 star tier, but that's not necessary. only reroll if you really want a 5 star or specific servant.

Go and do the next mission (the tutorial should force you to do one more mission) and then open the gift box. (box with orange popup thing with numbers) and get your quartz. Then roll 10 roll again.
