Nobody cares about star gen in arts teams so that’s half of the skill being useless already and his base NP gen is garbo anyway so the NP gen buff also doesn’t really help him

the biggest downside is having to use Fionn in the first place though so ;/

He’s not an attacker because his damage is terrible
He’s not a support either because he offers nothing to the team outside of a NP gen buff

The only thing he’s good at is eating a big hit and dying but even that has a chance of not working

Wait for Saber Fionn if you want a good Fionn tbh

I forgot to say anything about America but it was pretty bad. Rama's arc was surprisingly dull, Edison was just bad, and the character banter wasn't all that great. The climax was especially boring, particularly the final node where we beat up Cu a bunch of times just so he could show us his ascensions. Nightingale was okay I guess.

I'd honestly say London was better, though not by much as it wasn't great either. Okeanos still remains the best story chapter so far imo.
