Because enemy Servant death rate is less than 1% base. Player Servant base death rates are like 30% on average.
Rama does bonus damage against Ibaraki, and she isn't an Archer.

Yeah, I farmed the 1BP till I got the 200% damage CE, but then when I did 2BP it was almost too easy, but that gap from 1m to 6m is biiiiiiiiiiig.
