Is the new tamamo ce any good? I like the idea of a mix of passive c. Star gen and np gen, but I don’t know if the effects are strong enough to not just take 2030 or prisma

None of the CEs from this event are all that great. Golden Catches a Carp has situational usefulness for when you really want to crit something dead, or to use skills on Servants that get released later that have a demerit requiring X number of stars to activate.

I didn't roll either variety of Lancer Cu until I was already three ascensions plus NP5 in leveling Diarmuid. I'm currently getting carried by a friend's max grailed+ event CE Lalter,but you can never have enough friends, I suppose.

The main reason people want them is because of the damage boost for the event anyhow; 300% damage boost for the Ushi one at MLB is pretty nice, and than fill the backline as much as possible with the Carp. :|

Just FYI, having a Lancer for today isn't really necessary. It just ensures the hands and mobs do less damage, and probably won't oneshot your team on NP, if they get there.

Unless I've counted wrong, there are six Carp CEs in the damage ladder, so with a drop or two, we'll eventually be able to MLB it and still fill our rosters with it.

Try them out.

Honestly, if it seems to you that you need more survivabiliy, go with the dodgems, if you need more NP charge double up on wavers, and so on, but remember to keep onw or two dodgers/invincibles in your backline because you'll probably need them.

Guts won't protect the unit from Ibaraki's NP if it doesn't come from a CE, just FYI.

The way her NP works, it hits you, does damage, then removes the buff. So it hits your Guts unit, brings them down to zero, then removes the Guts before it triggers. So no three-turn Nero stalling through her NP, and half of Cu's survival kit won't work against her NP. They do work normally on normal attacks, though.

Also, her buff removal can't take away Ce effects. Herc's bond CE and Volumen work.

Good to know my Jeanne Alter+Mash+Sup Waver+Grailed George+d'Eon+Cu team will probably do well, but I'll still wait until I have MLB the Ushi CE.

Shuten on the brain, I've been grinding for her bones (giggity) all day.

I really like that the event's given us two different AP types. I don't have to cut out my dailies to do the event, and doing things with my AP doesn't affect how much I can play the event.
