I just saw it. It only 10℅ debuff for any level and overcharge.

The Kiyo CE from this event is pretty strong with Shuten. Sure it doesn't make her OP, but if you can MLB it than all of her debuff chances rise to 25% each. Makes it at least possible to afflict the debuffs on Servants since you'll be able to get past their Magic Resistance passives! :P

The problem isn't their chance to apply because I'm pretty sure that is a 100%, the problem is that the debuffs are weak, 10% down is almost nothing.

I survived the 3 BP version once going full cock roach (all three Cú Chulainns, Mash, Herakles, and a support Waver), but luck did play a factor in it. I need to find a consistent strategy which doesn't require more than one of Waver, Tamamo, Jeanne Alter or similar.

You could search some youtube videos with budget teams and build up from there.
