I have no idea what you're trying to say, but FGO does not pay you back in any way either.

Besides, roulette's a whole other thing. In roulette there's actually some skill involved.

The gacha is literally a slot machine, but worse, since you can't lurk around the corner from a guy who keeps losing and then hop on his machine to take advantage of the newer weighted values.

Technically, FGO has the blank saint graph system.

It is not, however, a safety net system. It is a system which prevents you from wasting your 1% hits once you go over NP5 because it was implemented before Rare Prisms were a thing and getting dupes past NP5 was basically a waste (5 MP is value amirite)

That, or learn to buy some goddamn accounts instead of sitting there trying a slot machine over and over.

also, any casino comparision is not correct in any way since you can walk away with more money than you had before
you are guaranteed to lose money in FGO and any other game with similar mechanic (excluding perhaps steam-based ones which allow marketplace or other means of trading)

also i remember a tweet from a particular japanese whale which listed amounts of money he/she had to use to get NP5 servants and it was in a ballpark of 200k yen for worst cases or something like that so there's that

(and 200k yen is 20 packs back then it was 4 sq per roll and 140 sq per pack which is 2800 sq which is 700 hundred rolls which aint that fucking bad lemme tell you)
