Anyone able to farm medals in 3-4~ turns? I can't seem to figure out a team comp to do it since I basically need to np gen on the first wave, but after that I can clear 2nd and 3rd wave with Emiya/Euryale

I can 4 turn it but it's not completely reliable because I don't have Kaleidoscope. Euryale/Emiya(NP2)/Waver/Arash
First turn try to get some NP with Emiya and Euryale.
Second turn use Projection and Waver's ATK and Def up, then UBW.
Third turn switch Euryale with Arash, use his NP charge skill and Waver's crit up, the Mystic code ATK up and then Stella.
Fourth just use Euryale's Arts up and explode Gawain.

The only issue is that if either Euryale or Emiya aren't able to charge enough NP on the first wave then it takes 5 turns. Also the second wave may not die from Stella but you can finish it off with the other two cards.

Don't remember what all is available for NP/skill interludes/strengthening quests, but the Knight Medal setup I have listed is the "cheapest" you'd need to 3 turn it. You can replace Servants and CEs, but hard to say what to do if I don't know what you have. At the very least, the easiest swap in the linked setup is to switch out the support Ishtar for support NP2 Gilgamesh.

I don't think Hollow Magic or Aerial Drive are available yet either. Or the Fragments of 2004 mystic code.

EDIT: OK, Hollow Magic is Imaginary Numbers Magecraft in NA, but we definitely don't have Fragments of 2004.

My alt (pure support): Merlin +skimpy pants and still waiting for a good 5* attack ruler

My GF's main (heroines collection + Emiya family): Merlin, Illya, the 2 Rin, Fujino, Tomoe, Sakura
My GF's alt (pure support): Waver, Merlin, Drake, that octopus foreigner, Ortika alter

Nope, only 3.

I play my JP + my own main and alt casually
My gf deal with the other 2 and keep my old TW account just to compare the quality of translation.

What we do is simply taking full advantage of the 2 year time lag so we schedule and allocate our gacha plan properly to make sure:
1. Each account always has a 3~5 months window between their "pseudo-whaling";
2. Except Merlin, all accounts are on purposely targeting different servants and rate-up events to maximize "quarts efficiency"

And yes, so far, from Waver, MHX to Jalter, we got whatever we were planned for ^^

Arash and Spartacus are the two best farming Servants everyone has access to.

Bloodaxe doesn't have NP charge, and he's numerically inferior to a bunch of other AoE Berserkers who also don't have NP charge.

You can't call them a farming Servant if there's no NP charge.

Eric isn't terrible, but you generally need a Kaleidoscope or max LB Kaleidoscope if you plan on using him for 3 turn farming. Arash and Spartacus can use a 50% starting NP gauge CE and still wave clear, and there are plenty of decent 50% + other offensive buff CEs free-to-play people have access to: Golden Sumo, Holy Night Supper (second Christmas event), Aerial Drive (third Halloween event), to name a few.

For comparison's sake, let's compare Erik with level 20 Kaleidoscope to Spartacus using level 100 Golden Sumo, Holy Night Supper, and Aerial Drive. Going to assume level 10 skills for all Servants and that you're using Waver.

Erik, level 20 Kaleidoscope

Spartacus, level 100 Golden Sumo

Spartacus, level 100 Holy Night Supper

Spartacus, level 100 Aerial Drive

And for farming I feel the OCD need to use Personal Lesson, Beginning of the Journey, Portrait CE etc. with those that need bond point backline.
I wonder if I could convince myself to use any of these 3 turn setups :/

If you drop any CE, drop the FP one. Otherwise, hope you get NP2+ Nitocris, as she can potentially clear two waves.

Huh. So the extra Attack from the CEs makes that much of a difference! And I assume you took into account Bloodaxe's NP buffs his Attack. Thanks for the calculations, Trubo!

I'm so glad for this week of nothing. I finally got around to finishing all those strengthening quests for characters I don't care about enough to use regularly. Now I just have Bezerkalot, Kiyohime and Useless Gorgon Sister left.
