The 10ap at the moment. According to the drop table it drop roughly the same amount as the 40 ap one but that one drop all 3.

The free quest unlock in around 2 hours is suppose to be the best for bronze farming.

I don't remember the math for this event, but keep in mind that 10 AP is much easier to farm with full bronze bonus than the bronze 40 AP.
