Pine, if your wifi is indeed working fine (don't take it for granted out of hand; as someone used to working with a spotty connection, just because the phone says it has a signal doesn't mean you're actually connected to the net) for everything else, I'd suggest reinstalling the app (keep all codes and info handy just in case). But make sure it's not just your net acting up first; have you tried using mobile data, or like the neighbour's wifi?
