Pretty much only a few good options for supports:

• General purpose = Merlin, Waver
• Damage dealer = Saber Archer, Scathach, Orion

I mean, you could use Rama or Vlad (Extra) if you have them because useful Super Effective multiplier, but people probably won't pick them as a support. Gilgamesh or Ishtar could work I guess, especially if you aren't planning to do 6M regularly unless you want to really bank on crit brave chains, but people probably won't pick them unless high NP level.

I really wish I had a 5* Assassin. It really bugs me when I set my supports and every other slot has a SSR, but my best Assassin is still Ryougi.

She definitely packs a wallop, but those 5* assassins are almost all wins. Hassan is a beast, Jack is crit machine, Cleo isn't as durable as Umu but she's close, even X can nuke something, even if her kit is otherwise useless. The only one who seems lackluster is Shuten, no great NP, no nice skill synergy, just a debuff machine.

Isn't shuten the only AoE assassin that synergizes well with teams somewhat arts-based?

She's probably good for stall teams if you can't use Waver, since she has so many debuffs, but she cant really do much offensively, or heal like Jeanne and Tamamo.

I'm starting to get an envy boner towards all those people rolling for Musashi and First Sunrise and Brynhild and Battle Olympia. I would roll for those if I could somehow have enough left over to NP5 my Cú Alter.
