Is Carmilla useful? Which one is the better Assassin, she, Shiki, or swimsuit!Scáthach?
Shiki is still the best 4* Assassin even on JP.
Carmilla is just kinda okay, she gets better once her NP is upgraded.
Scath is... an AoE Assassin, which is useful for It's novelty mostly.
iirc summer scathach is useful for this christmas's farming node if you don't have a friend with a high NP level shuten/cleo
but that's about it
And for farming nodes for dragon fangs. And the once and a while you have to fight Martha and Marie and want them dead before they start invincible/healing loops.
