I totally defeated her with Mash, Waver and NPC Bedivere

Here's where I'd put my waver... if I have one.

Have a good shot with hans mash and waver but then she decide to one shot hans through both waver defense buff and mash np so that's that for stalling. I'd totally borrow some good saber support if not for the case that I need waver defense buff.

Okita solo shouldn't have any major trouble with that fight. Just use that MC with the buff denial ability on it to prevent Saber Lancer from getting her NP's Pierce Invincible.

Level 1 George and Leo both with Empieta/Battle of Camlann to get Okita some free NP gauge.

Does that strat works without the buff block? I do have 1 Battle of Camlann but not the other one. Starting late and missing all the cool stuff sucks.

Alternatively you can equip one of the taunt fodders with the 500 years curse CE, so when they die you can prevent her NP for several more turns, buying more time for you to take her down to a good amount of HP where you can kill her as you are revived with 3 CS. She's the final boss so no need to hold back.

No, because the whole point of preventing Pierce Invincible from applying is so that she doesn't NP through Okita's dodge.

Yeah, this works too, but reliant on having a couple of SSR gacha CEs to help rather than event CEs.

It's a terrible CE though. About the only thing that makes it decent is that it will eventually allow Fran to 3 turn farm doors, hands, and similar things where enemies have low HP.

You're better off just boosting her damage so that the demerit of her 3rd skill never comes into play.

Her third skill's demerit is a stun on the next turn, not a damage reduction.

What you do with Fionn is level him up using the bronze embers you get from regular missions.
And then, when the time finally comes for the Irish Lancer Boy squad to assemble, he will be ready...ish.

I think I must have used a few Gold embers on him, but not more than fourty, and not before I had finished with all my other Lancers except Leonidas (who is at max ascension anyway 4 levels to go.) I kind of realized he was good really late and then splurged on him...

You shouldn't use it on anyone because any amount of star gen that's less than 50% is pretty much worthless.
